I was not able to test this device due to not having the necessary equipment so i am not sure if it is functional. Device is in good condition nothing seems to be broken but it does have scratch marks. SELLING AS IS does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components missing screws, signs of use or damage, non functional, incomplete, no power, may have liquid damage no charger, cracked or broken screens or no battery.
