2 points and 1 router. These are the US model, they work with fine with other devices and other US models but will not extend an existing UK setup as they use a different 5ghz channel apparently. I've used them for quite a while with no issues, they will run a WiFi network with no problems, don't be put off with the US model, you just can't add UK Google Nest WiFi points to it! Supplied with UK plugs, all ready to go.
