Published in 2003 by Bloomsbury, this copy has a rare printing error on the title page, where the ink had not dried, and therefore left an image on the preceding blank page. This copy also has 766 pages and two blank pages at the end. The front dust cover has a couple of bad creases and smaller ones on it. The book is in acceptable condition as in photos.
