FANUC A860-0365-T001 / A8600365T0001 Pulse Coder. Rather than working out the wiring differences (there were more wires connected on the T101 version) - and not knowing the differences between a T101 and a T001 - I just bought a T101 version like I should have done in the first place and got the machine working.
