KP pressure switches are used to protect refrigeration or air conditioning systems from excessively low suction pressures or excessively high discharge pressures. They are also used for starting / stopping refrigeration compressors and fans in air-cooled condensers. The KP pressure switch can be connected directly to a single-phase AC motor of up to 2 kW or can be installed in the control circuit of AC motors and large AC motors. KP pressure switches are equipped with a single-pole switch (SPDT). The position of the switch depends on the setting of the pressure switch and the pressure present in the connector.
