Mohan Kelkar is a professor of petroleum engineering at the U. of Tulsa. After receiving a BS degree in chemical engineering from the U. of Bombay and an MS degree in petroleum engineering and PhD degree in chemical engineering from the U. of Pittsburgh, he joined the U. of Tulsa as an assistant professor in 1983.
